One of the most respected nurse practitioners and specialists in perinatal bereavement care, Sue’s nursing, teaching and research career spans over 30 years.

An adjunct nursing professor at Bethel University, Sue has made frequent visits to Spain to carry out training in conjunction with Umamanita. Along with Lynn Zdechlik, she is currently developing a high-risk perinatal program (www.birthwithdignity.org) in Mbale, Uganda.
