Instructions for using My User Profile

How to change your breakout session preferences

  1. Once you are logged in, click on “My User Profile”.
  2. Once you are in “My User Profile”, click on “Registrations”, which is located on the left hand side of the page.
  3. To edit breakout sessions, locate your registration record in the list and click on the title (which is a hyperlink).
  4. The details of your registrations will appear. Just scroll to the bottom of the page and click on “edit submission”.
  5. Click “next” until you come to your breakout session options.
  6. Change your preferences.
  7. Click “Submit” at the bottom of the page.
  8. Your new options will now appear in your conference registration record.

How to download a copy of your conference registration or abstract submission

  1. Once you are logged in, click on “My User Profile”.
  2. Once you are in “My User Profile”, click on “Registrations”, which is located on the left hand side of the page.
  3. Once in “Registrations”, you will see a list of submissions or records. To download any submission in pdf format, just click on corresponding download button.

How to check if a registration payment has been properly received or a payment cancellation and refund correctly processed

  1. Once you are logged in, click on “My User Profile”.
  2. Once you are in “My User Profile”, click on “Payment history”, which is located just under “Personal Details” on the left hand side of the page.
  3. Once in “Payment history”, you will see your Conference Registration receipt with the corresponding date, amount and a transaction ID. In the final column you can see the “Status” of your payment, which will appear as “Completed”, “Pending“, “Card declined”, “Canceled” or “Refunded”.
